The opportunity is to work for a growing retailer in Ditcheat!</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>The Role:</p><ul><li>Troubleshoot and resolve incidents</li><li>Provide best practice recommendations</li><li>Create and update support tickets</li><li>Maintain internal IT systems using SQL</li><li>Handle escalated issues from 1st/2nd line Support team via ticketing system & MS Teams alerts.</li><li>Liaise with other team members on any support issues and escalate as appropriate to the appropriate colleague.</li><li>Liaise with key infrastructure suppliers to resolve issues as required</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>The Candidate:</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate for this role will have relevant experience with the following:</p><ul><li>An understanding or support experience of Azure, SQL, or Office 365</li><li>Be technically curious, with the ability to learn new technologies.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks.</li><li>Proactively determine areas requiring additional monitoring, upgrade or maintenance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>The Package:</p><p>Basic salary: up to £35,000</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Interested?
