IT Support Engineer
Blackburn
Up to £24,000 per year
An IT Support Engineer is required for a manufacturing company, based in Blackburn. A salary of up to £23,000 is offered plus bonus.
You will report to the Group Infrastructure and Support Manager and carry out general first line duties, such as –
First point of contact for technical support for internal staff
Qualifying incidents logged
Work on a Helpdesk system to help resolve tickets
Troubleshoot issues
Escalate issues where required
Provide remote and onsite support

Skills Required
The IT Support will ideally have the following experience:
- Excellent communication and call handling skills
- Brilliant written (in email) communication skills
- A natural problem solver
- General IT skills and knowledge
Location
Blackburn – Office based.
Commute from Preston, Wigan, Liverpool
Hours
Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week
