 About the Role

 Your main duties will include attending our customers offices to test and activate their connectivity services, liaise with the relevant teams during this process to ensure a smooth onboarding process, coordinate with building management teams to arrange access and conduct physical site surveys as well as inputting details onto the CRM system for the wider team to access. Maintaining professional integrity in the workplace and on-site is imperative.

 

You will receive structured training and coaching that will enable you to complete your roles and responsibilities to a high standard.

 

You will be a core part of our service delivery team, helping us deliver better telecoms and data solutions to existing and new clients.

 

These are the day-to-day requirements of the role:

• Attending customer sites to activate services / resolve IT related issues

• Working closely with the IT support desk to feedback on support calls and ongoing issues

• Liaising with account managers and updating customers with the progress and resolution of issues

• Communicating with suppliers/operators for updates on on-going projects/installs

• Arranging access with building management teams, where applicable, ahead of site visits

• Conducting site surveys / generating route plans

• Using our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to input related information

• Learning from more experienced colleagues
