Join a globally recognised brand as their IT Support Engineer! We're seeking a proactive individual to join our dynamic IT team and play a pivotal role in supporting our technological infrastructure across the UK & Ireland. This position offers a blend of on-site and remote work opportunities with occasional travel, requires a driving licese due to site visits.

Salary: up to £39,000 + benefits
Location: Paddington (4 days a week on-site)
Responsibilities as IT Support Engineer:
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT components.
- Monitor and optimize IT systems, networks, and security solutions for peak performance.
- Collaborate on IT projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Requirements as IT Support Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 2+ years of IT support experience.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ideally you will have EPOS experience (not essential)
- Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, networking protocols, and hardware maintenance.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ are advantageous.
