In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer will be working alongside a fun and experienced team to install and maintain software to the ICT infrastructure. You'll be providing support to software, systems and services on server and endpoint infrastructure. Unlimited technical progression is available in the role as chances to progress to more Technical and Senior positions are at your fingertips.
This role would suit a IT Support Engineer who is driven to provide the best IT service and has previous experience within 2nd IT Support related to software and systems. You must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
The Role:
Install and Maintain Software to ICT Infrastructure
Provide Support to Software, Systems and Services on Server and Endpoint Infrastructure
Provide Support to Staff and Students
The Person:
Experience within IT Support
Able to pass a DBS Check
Full UK Driving Licence
