Role Overview
Are you currently a senior IT support technician looking for your next step up? Or perhaps you're already a team leader and you're looking to join a thriving international organisation.
A unique opportunity has arisen for a motivated team lead to manage the 2 nd line Support Team. You'll be managing team, who provide on-site support to multiple locations across Aberdeen.
Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to proactively oversee and implement projects to improve IT across the business.
Responsibilities

  • Maintain SLAs and staff coverage to the correct level
  • Supporting team development and training through coaching and leadership
  • Delegation and prioritisation of workload
  • Serve as an escalation point for unresolved issues
  • Assign and manage projects across the team
  • Support the team with handling tickets as required
  • Perform root cause analysis of KPI reports for continuous improvement

Experience & Skills
  • Experience within a Senior IT-support role
  • Previous line management experience is preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively across a range of stakeholders within the business.
  • Prioritisation and delegation skills
