IT Support Technician
Salary: £10.25ph - £12.82ph

Location: Hull
Our client who is a leading food manufacturer in Hull is looking to recruit a temporary IT support Technician. For this role we are looking for candidates with immediate availability who can cover a 3-6-month temporary role.
You will be the first point of contact for the help desk which will be over the phone in person and e-mail. Previous experience providing 1st, 2nd, or 3rd line support is essential for this role as well as experience troubleshooting.
THE ROLE:
This is a temporary position to cover for 3-6 months.
First point of contact via the helpdesk / phone or in person
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving IT issues.
User machine set up.
Providing support to end users.
Providing support for windows servers, office 365 etc
This is a full-time position which is office based.
THE CANDIDATE:
Previous experience providing 1st, 2nd, 3rd line helpdesk support.
Cisco experience would be an advantage.
Active Directory, office 365 and admin experience is required.
Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
Extensive knowledge of Windows client systems
