One of the UK's leading housing associations are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Systems Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Role Responsibilities:
You'll be responsible for the builds for all departments for Laptops and mobile phones as well as IT asset management and procurement for the estate. Their tech stack is all Microsoft based with the majority of their estate in Azure.
You'll be managing the issue of new kit and end user handover, but also the return and management of any faulty or broken items that need replacing.
Delivering excellent customer service to your customers by keeping them updated on progress. You will escalate calls or requests and signpost colleagues to assist with solving issues quickly.
Salary + package: £25,260, 23 days holiday plus public holiday, colleague referral scheme, workplace pension, cash claim-back on medical treatments
