IT Technician Responsibilities:
Throughout your role you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to a designated school
You will ensure that the ICT needs of the school are met
You will need to provide regular reports to the service manager and the visual network manager
You will receive additional support from our team if it is required
Ensure all equipment (PC's, Laptops, Projectors, AV Equipment etc.) is installed and ready to use
Troubleshoot, resolve and escalate the issues, providing all relevant information

IT Technician Requirements:
Microsoft Desktop operating systems
Microsoft Office 365
Troubleshooting experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
