Red Recruitment is recruiting a people person with a passion for customer resolution to work at the very heart of a unique, evolving organisation as an IT Technician. This role contains a generous salary of £28,000 per annum.
This role will require a full UK driving license.

Key Responsibilities of an IT Technician:
Providing technical support in the installation, upgrading, and maintenance of all the software environments
Assisting with IT hardware and software support either by telephone, remote access or visits as appropriate
Maintaining IT asset registers, identifying items that need to be replaced, and proposing replacements
Liaising with suppliers of maintenance and support services where appropriate
Advising and installing IT security devices ensuring computers are secure from software corruption
Key Skills and Experience of an IT Technician:
Previous IT experience (minimum of 4 years) is essential
Strong customer service skills are required
Experience working with a variety of software including, Microsoft Office, Firewalls, CCTV, and AV solutions is advantageous
Full UK driving license
Interest in wildlife, conservation, and sustainability is advantageous
