Job Description
A banking client set within the London area is looking for a Junior Support Technician to work on a 6-month contract with 2 days in the Bank based office, most of the work will be providing helpdesk support for the core banking systems and day to day monitoring of IT equipment. The role will be paying £80 - £100 per day outside IR35 and also provide full training on T24 core banking systems providing an excellent launchpad for future finance careers.
Junior Support Technician Requirements:
Experience in working in a helpdesk support environment min 12 months
Proactiveness in dealing with user queries
Experience across Office 365, Zendesk, Citrix environments
Junior Support Technician responsibilities:
Helping with morning checks in office for user queries
Manage the helpdesk queues and ensure tickets adhere to SLA requirements
Update and close tickets as required & assist colleagues to minimise number of open tickets
Respond to ad-hoc and urgent requests
Perform remote troubleshooting
Assist and support other team members as required
