Job Description
You will be part of a team of three chefs plus one pastry chef, covering lunch and dinner service at the 70 covers first floor St.Ellis Bay Brasserie.
The ideal candidate will have experience on hot and grill section, good knowledge of sauce making, cooking with fresh fish, seafood and various cuts of meats, pan frying and oven roasting.
