The Role
Joining our growing Data Science & Analytics team and using the latest technology stack, you will help to design and build our next generation of Business Intelligence reports to measure and monitor business performance. Whilst projects come in a variety of different shapes and sizes, initial work will focus on loan performance data, credit data, customer acquisition data and financial transaction data as well as efforts to standardise KPIs and reports across different business areas. You will also take a lead on helping to define best practices for Business Intelligence within Lending works and help to drive a culture of self-serve analytics across the business. work cross-functionally with the opportunity to work with a variety of different stakeholders including the founders, the senior leadership team members, other members of the Data Science & Analytics team and many more.
