Exciting opportunity to work with one of our clients who specialise within the defence and aerospace market. This is a contract opportunity which will be 6 months long, however lots of opportunity for extension. It is offering stability and the ability to work with advanced technologies.
The Lead Digital Training Consultant will include these responsibilities:
- Leading and conducting training needs analysis.
- Creating & implementing training plans in line with the programme plan.
- Managing internal & external training stakeholders.
- Delivering training in a variety of ways.
The following skills are essential:
- Strong experience as a systems training specialist.
- Strong experience in designing effective training programs and plans.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance.
- SC cleared or willing to undergo SC clearance.
