This market leading globally renowned transportation architecture practice is urgently seeking experienced Lead Project Architect, Design Architects and Architectural Designers with Revit and Enscape skills for the concept design of a new airport terminal in the Middle East and a 'world-first' electric taxi aviation facility.
With over 160 employees, this top international practice offers a collaborative relaxed environment with exposure to large diverse teams where management are fully involved on all projects, there is no hierarchy, everyone has a voice and they follow structured daily stand-ups with project timescales ranging several weeks to months, depending on project.
The successful Lead Project Architect, Design Architects and Architectural Designers will be working on the following projects:
To lead a small architecture team for the Concept Design of a new airport terminal in the Middle East. The leader would work with a functional planner and capacity specialist to derive the design and lead weekly presentations to the client stakeholder group throughout a 8 to 14 week process.
The leader would work as an integral part of the team in both Revit and Enscape to produce weekly WIP outputs for client review, before managing the final outputs, report and externally produced high-quality CGIs for the final submission. This would potentially lead to a key role in the Detailed Design (if successful) and/or transition onto other projects.This project calls for applicants who are very proficient in producing targeted and attractive concepts and presentation materials, as well as speaking to high-profile client executives on a regular or semi-regular basis.
The detailed design and tender designfor a 'world-first' electric taxi aviation facility in the centre of a major world city. This position would be leading a small team working up the vertiport interior experience and system design/specifications, alongside other team members planning the facility and designing the envelope and would suit a Senior Architect or Senior Interior Designer.
Lead Project Architect, Design Architects and Architectural Designers applying must have good proficiency in both Revit and Enscape to be considered for these projects.

This client is offering PAYE hourly rate contracts, initial 6 Month Fixed Term Contracts and Permanent models.
Hybrid working 2 days in their SE1 office and 3 days from home, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
