2-4 PQE Legal Counsel

Corporate/Litigation/Regulatory experience
The successful candidate will work closely with UK & Ireland Legal Director to support on a variety of legal matters across the business as well as helping to implement strategic legal and compliance projects with a focus on consumers. Key responsibilities:
- Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts
- Navigate internal governance matters and provide guidance to the wider business
- Work with colleagues to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements including managing any regulatory investigations
- Assist on contractual disputes and manage litigation cases
- Support the development and ongoing review of processes including training the wider business and templates
- Liaise with third part advisors and service providers
- Ad-hoc support to the wider legal team
You will:
- Come with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of UK commercial and contractual law
- It is desirable that you have worked in-house or in a consumer focused environment/with consumer clients
- Come with a confident attitude with ability to push back on decisions and actions when required and actively contribute to business discussions
- You are someone who cares about making a positive impact on a daily basis and you come with a can do attitude and creative mindset
This opportunity a hybrid role with 2-3 days in office
