Job Description
Immediate opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join a global well-known brand on an initial 3 month+ contract starting ASAP. Hybrid working, central London, 3 days/week. Supply chain and procurement focus. Potential for extension or perm.
Reporting to the Head of Legal you will be responsible for:
- drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts covering the wide array of supply chain requirements including, warehouse operation contracts, automation capital investment projects, logistics and freight contracts
- advising on best practice compliance processes
- engaging external counsel when required
You will be 3+ years PQE as a guide with experience gained in a similar role working in-house as a commercial lawyer. Knowledge of supply chain and procurement contracts is essential to be considered for this position.
