Schneider Electric’s Level 6 Technical & Engineering (Electro-Mechanical Engineer) Apprentice Pathway offers the opportunity for apprentices to gain experience within areas of Commercial Tendering, Customer Success and Project Management whilst working towards a degree apprenticeship. Within this pathway, you’ll manage key stakeholder relationships whilst liaising closely with supporting Tendering, Production and Sales teams. What Apprenticeship Opportunities does this Pathway offer? Project Engineer Apprentice (Leeds, Hybrid) Undertake a 5-year programme at Schneider’s Leeds site where you will be provided with on-the-job training in project management whilst working towards an Electro-Mechanical Degree Qualification delivered by the University of Warwick. Tendering Engineer Apprentice (Leeds, Office Based) Undertake a 5-year programme at Schneider’s Leeds site where you will be provided with on-the-job training in providing customer quotations and solution proposals whilst working towards an Electro-Mechanical Degree Qualification delivered by the University of Warwick. Contracts Engineer Apprentice (Leeds, Office Based) Undertake a 5-year programme at Schneider’s Leeds site where you will be provided with on-the-job training in order management and performance whilst working towards an Electro-Mechanical Degree Qualification delivered by the University of Warwick. What qualifications do you need? This Pathway is open to applicants with 5 GCSEs including Maths, English and a STEM-related Subject at Grade 4/C or above and 2 A-levels to include Mathematics at Grade A and Physical Science at Grade B or above or BTEC Level 3 Diploma Grade D*D*, with Grade A in A-level Mathematics or BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma Grade DDD, including two Mathematics units, 'Calculus to Solve Engineering Problems' and 'Further Engineering Mathematics'. Applicants with A-level Mathematics at a Grade B will be subject to passing a Maths Assessment set by the University of Warwick before attending an Assessment Centre. Please note, Qualification Requirements can be ‘predicted’, however, must be ‘actual’ by the start date on September 2nd, 2024.
