JOB TITLE: Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years PQE
LOCATION: East Lincolnshire
SALARY: up to c£45,000 (£DOE)
THE ROLE:
It is sought that an experienced Litigation Solicitor joins this long-established firm to manage a wide range of litigated cases. With a wealth of experience in this area of law, it is anticipated that the successful Litigation Solicitor will be directly involved in a wide range of matters for both individual and commercial clients to include, breach of contract, debt recovery, property litigation, landlord and tenant matters and partnership/shareholder disputes. As a Litigation Solicitor, your role will be varied, and you will need confidence in your ability to manage files from initial instructions to settlement.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have in excess of 2 years PQE dealing will a varied range of litigation matters. To be successful in this role, it is crucial the appointed candidate will have strong advocacy skills. This role is well suited to a confident individual with the desire to progress within the firm and a genuine willingness to continue to expand their technical knowledge and commercial awareness with a keen focus on delivering excellent service to clients. As an experienced Litigation Solicitor, you will have excellent written & verbal communication skills. The key to be successful in this role, is being able to manage your time effectively and prioritise your workload.
