TSR Legal are proud to be working with a leading legal firm with a great reputation and offices in Cheltenham. The legal firm is currently expanding and growing rapidly and actively seeking new talented Litigation Solicitor / Senior Associate NQ – 3 PQE.
Key responsibilities of the Civil Litigation Solicitor
- Property disputes, contentious probate and inheritance disputes, contract disputes, financial investment and trust disputes, professional negligence, construction, building and engineering disputes, director, shareholder and partnership disputes
- Managing own inherited caseload
- Liaising with third parties including Courts, Barristers and Solicitors
The Successful Person
The successful Civil Litigation Solicitor will:
- Be a UK qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive NQ +
- Strong experience in civil litigation
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
