Remuneration:£450 per day (FIXED) - expectation of 25-30 UDAs per day
Description:Part-time Locum Dentist required for 2 days per week (MONDAY & WEDNESDAY) in a family run, modern, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Skelmersdale.
• £450 per day (FIXED) - expectation of 25-30 UDAs per day
• 50% split on private treatments
• 6 surgery practice
• 2 Principal dentists, 5 Associates, 1 Foundation dentist & Hygienist on-site
• Foundation training facility for additional support and mentoring (if needed)
• Fully computerised surgeries equipped with SOE software
• Digital x-rays
• Rotary Endodontics
• Longstanding support team and practice manager on-site
• Free car park on-site
• Practice is easily accessible from Liverpool and Manchester
• Practice has been established for 100 years and the principals have owned for nearly 30 years
• Available immediately for an ASAP start

- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
