Description:Part or Full time LOCUM DENTIST required for 2-5 days (flexible) in a STATE OF THE ART, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Kendal, Cumbria.
• £500 PER DAY - for achieving 30 UDAs
• 50% Private & Labs
• Hours Mon 9.30am -5pm Tues, Weds, Thurs 9am -5pm & Fri 9am - 3pm

• Digital x-rays
• Rotary endo
• Microscope
• Air conditioned surgeries
• ENDO, IMPLANTS & ORAL SURGERY SEPCIAL INTERESTS WANTED
• Full support team (Experienced, long standing PM - 9+ years)
• Existing, well maintained list
• Practice offers Invisalign, Implants, etc.
• 30 minutes to Lancaster
• Available Immediately, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
