JOB TITLE: Locum Private Client Solicitor
EXPERIENCE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Buckinghamshire
SALARY: Circa £30 - £40 per hr
THE ROLE:
A long-established firm in Buckinghamshire require the support of an experienced Private Client Solicitor on a locum basis. This role requires the appointed legal professional to cover a caseload of private client matters, including Wills and Probate, Administration of Estates and Lasting Powers of Attorney. You will be available to commence work in immediately and be able provide a period of stability for the department whilst they are recruiting for a new permanent team member.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will cover all aspects of Private Client work, with a particular focus on dealing with wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate planning and trusts. You will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail and possess the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. The appointed solicitor will use their professional and personal experience, offering a friendly, efficient and caring service providing understanding and support in all areas of private client matters.
