The Opportunity
A leading Wealth Management / IFA business that has grown rapidly viastrong organic growth and a proven M&A strategy is looking to hire anM&A Director.
The business has received the backing of a top tier private equityinvestor in the last year that will rapidly accelerate the pace of acquisitionsand growth. Operating in a fragmented market there is significant consolidationopportunity and the M&A Director will drive strategy alongside the Boardand execute c.20 acquisitions a year, supported by a business development andintegration team, as the business looks to scale rapidly after investing in theplatform over recent years.
Given the pace of M&A driven growth this role will be strategicallykey and potentially career defining, with a significant wealth creationopportunity. The successful candidate will be high calibre, driven and have astrong grounding in M&A/CF/TS in top tier practice or investment banking,with the ability to operate at Director level. Exposure to Financial Servicesand deals between 5m-50m will be a distinct advantage, although not essential.
