Our client, a well established manufacturer in Deeside working on projects for global brands are seeking to add to their long serving maintenance team. Working across three lines delivering high quality products you will be working for a company that offers great level of training and support to help you elevate your career and make you a valuable asset to the manufacturing industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage all weekly PPM schedules across site, prioritising your work to also cover unforeseen breakdowns.
• Attend all relevant meetings to ensure company processes are in order.
• Assist in completing all new company projects.
• Manage any required facility maintenance tasks.
• Take part in any relevant training courses when required.
• Be flexible to help cover sickness & holidays withing the maintenance team.
Requirements
• Apprenticeship in Electrical maintenance or relevant HND/ HNC
• PLC experience, ideally programming however training will be provided.
• 17th / 18th Edition qualified
• Experience working in fast paced manufacturing environments, ideally automotive or FMCG.
Person Specification
• Hard working, with a good team ethic.
• Flexible to help cover other members of the team where appropriate.
• Willingness to learn & develop.
• Happy to work shifts.
Shift Pattern
3-week rotation of 12-hour shifts.
• Week 1- 3 x Day shift
• Week 2- 3 x Night shift
• Week 3- 2 x Day / 2 x Night shift
