Job Description:
We’re in search of a passionate and hardworking Maintenance Gardener to join our London team. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beautiful gardens and landscapes that we create for our clients.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lawn Management (Cutting, Feeding, Aerating, Scarifying)
- Planting, Pruning, and Maintaining a Variety of Plant Species
- Climber Work
- Hedge Trimming
- Topiary
- Identifying and Treating Pests and Diseases
- Managing Irrigation Systems
Candidate ‘Must Haves’:

- Skill in executing tasks in line with instruction to maintain the high standards of the business
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to adhere to project deadlines
- You must thrive working in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and strong communication skills
- Experience facing clients and acting in an appropriate way to represent the business
Candidate ‘Nice To Haves’’:
- A degree in horticulture or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in gardening and/or landscaping
- Strong knowledge of plant care and maintenance
- Previous experience using heavy machinery
- A full, clean UK driving license
