Marcom Business Partner is the route to market expert for the business. From the simplest of switches to the latest connected solutions, at Schneider Electric we combine innovation with the latest technology to create high-quality solutions to the demands of today’s life.

Your role as a Marcom’s BP is to support both the channels and segments within the wider business accurately target their customer base and land the overall message needed by the campaign. You will be responsible for the management of KPIs within the zones channel/segment – with the ability to report on success and development areas to grow the unit’s success forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Create full marketing campaigns - detail the route to market and demonstrate campaign success, and be the overall manager of the business units PR plans and support the business KPIs
  • Planning and management of plans and ensuring full pipeline of the campaigns is forward-planned and reviewed to ensure messaging is always on for our customers within the focus channel/segments
  • Budget management for the full 12month cycle- input into central tools and review return on investment through monthly reports
  • Managing events throughout the business units - demonstrate innovative thinking for stand allocation, be the go-to for stand design and product allocation- working with the wider community to ensure the events are profitable
  • Providing business insights to support key decision-making processes, including strategic planning, product targeting and budget planning

Experience & Skills:

  • Evidenced experience of wporking in a similar marketing role with full understanding of digital and non-digital marketing activities to reach B2B customer base
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must
  • Exemplary communication skills at all levels of businesses
  • Data literate and analytical but with a practical application of outcomes
  • Ability to prioritise and execute tasks time sensitive deliveries in a fast-paced environment
