Marketing Manager: Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for:
- Driving company growth by ensuring client satisfaction and enhancing brand visibility
- Direct report of 1 - Mentoring a Marketing Executive to elevate their skills
- Lead the conception and execution of marketing campaigns
- Work alongside various departments such as Finance, Production, Purchasing and Sales
- The role offers significant exposure and advancement opportunities within both the UK and USA businesses.
- Identify positioning and target audience. Craft marketing plans across various channels (Digital and Traditional)
- Support the sales team with relevant research, align promotional activities with marketing plans
- Implement online traffic acquisition strategies, covering SEO / PPC / Social Media (LinkedIn) and PR
- Drive organic and paid social growth to build an engaged community and generate high quality leads.
- Lead event strategies, including attendance at key trade events in the UK and Europe
- Multichannel approach, including emails, e-books, guides, blogs, videos and social posts
- Track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives

Experience required for Marketing Manager: Looking for a Marketing Manager from a manufacturing background who has worked with specialist, high-end products
- Bachelor's agree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business or related field
- 3 Years experience in B2B lead generation marketing.
- Hunger for learning and development
- Worked with high-end, specialist products
- Familiarity with WordPress and Adobe suite
- Experience with CRM - Preferably MS Dynamics
- Project management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and make key decisions
Remuneration & Benefits for Marketing Executive: Salary based on experience.
- Salary range is £40,000 to £45,000 pa
- 5% Bonus based on individual learning and development + 5% Bonus based on company performance
- Up to 10% pension
- 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays
