Marketing & Proposition - Product Governance Executive
- The objective of the role is to support the Product & Proposition Managers to deliver effective governance, assurance and control of the banking & treasury, credit and wealth management products & services. This includes achieving and exceeding the standards required for compliance with the Consumer Duty.
- To place the interests of customers at the centre of all activities, act in a way that is consistent with achieving good outcomes for consumers; and to comply with the FCA and PRA's Conduct Rules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Product Managers to perform and document regular and ad hoc product and service reviews of all products
- Proactively monitor MI/data reports to identify customer outcomes and indicators of client harm, in particular for vulnerable clients
- Responsible for collating information from relevant internal committees to inform product performance and outcome monitoring
- Monitor the service delivered by third party product providers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and shaping of reporting and dashboards and the tools needed to monitor client outcomes
- Coordinate Product Governance Committee meetings and submissions to relevant committees and forums such as the Regulation Oversight Forum
- Support the development of internal processes and procedures to improve governance, control and monitoring of products and services
- Responsible for maintaining the list of all products and services offered by Arbuthnot Latham
- Working alongside the marketing communications team, assist the Product Managers to complete document testing to ensure documents are up to date, accurate and support Consumer Understanding e.g. product literature
- Responsible for managing risks inherent to the role by diligently observing internal policies and procedures.

Person Specification
Knowledge/ Experience/Skills:
- Experience in a related role within financial services, e.g. product governance or compliance
- Regulatory awareness in particular the requirements under Consumer Duty
- Experience of administering reviews or audits
- Good analytical ability and data analysis skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently
