About the role

As the Marketing Solutions Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to support our portfolio of products. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, leveraging your expertise to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote UCB's products and therapies in alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, medical affairs, market access, and external stakeholders to ensure integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the development of marketing materials and resources tailored to various audiences including healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify insights, trends, and opportunities to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, tracking expenditures and demonstrating ROI for marketing activities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory environment, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving results in a matrix organization.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients
