Are you a dedicated and passionate Mental Health Nurse looking for your next career move in Chelmsford? Leaders in Care UK has an exciting opportunity for a qualified Mental Health Nurse to join our client's welcoming team. The role comes with a generous salary of £34,900-£37,227 per annum DOE plus enhancements.
The hospital provides a range of services, offering outstanding opportunities to work across a variety of services such as Adult acute mental health, Specialist Adult Eating Disorders, Child and adolescent Mental Health and addiction treatment programs. Due to limits on sponsorship allocations, we are not currently able to offer sponsorship to new candidates for these roles; this remains under review.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do as a Mental Health Nurse:
Deliver high-quality, service users focused care
Participate in the development of new services and care pathways
Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service
You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC PIN and 12 months of post-qualifying experience to apply. You will also require the following:
Relevant clinical experience
A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
