Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Covering London (Within the M25)
Salary: £45,000 + Overtime
Hours: Days Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
Benefits: Van + Fuel & Parking
Calling all Mobile Air Condition Engineers!!
A well established facilities maintenance company is currently recruitmenting for a mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to cover various prestigous commercial buildings across London (Within the M25). The company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000, a company vehicle, and a fuel card. Duties:
* Conduct maintenance and repairs of air conditioning systems in commercial buildings across London.
* Perform regular inspections and diagnostics to identify and rectify issues with air conditioning units.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and industry standards while carrying out work.
* Carry out air conditioning system checks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and breakdowns to minimize disruption to clients' operations.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed, including parts used and hours worked.
* Provide technical advice and recommendations to clients on air conditioning systems.
* Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance visits and discuss service requirements.
* Stay updated with advancements in air conditioning technology and regulations through ongoing training and professional development.
* Collaborate with colleagues and contractors to deliver efficient and effective service to customers across London.
Required:
* NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent (minimum) Air-conditioning and refrigeration
* Commercial experience in Building Services or FM Background
* Experience with VRV's, VRF's, chillers, Air handling units
* F Gas 2079/2089 qualified
* Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge
