Permanent Full Time
We are looking to recruit an MSi Support Analyst to join us at our hub in St Albans.
About the Role
Working as part of the Service Delivery team, youll provide 2nd line support for all of the MSi (Morgan Sindall Integrated) applications and services, to include, but not limited to, Microsoft CRM D365, ClickSoftware, Microsoft LogicApps, Microsoft Portals, MCLS3 and Rant and Rave. These applications are fundamentally critical to the effective delivery of the end-to-end business process.
Youll effectively take care of the day to day management and resolution of incidents raised by internal customers and external clients, in accordance with our Service Level Agreements, documented processes and procedures.
About You
Candidates will have experience of IT Service Delivery (e.g. ITIL or practical experience), Incident and Problem Management and Microsoft Dynamics 365.Youll have previously worked supporting field-based staff, have excellent communication skills with the ability to analyse and breakdown a problem to understand root causes, planning both immediate and longer-term resolution.
Above all, youll be self-motivated, take initiative and have excellent problem solving skills.
