The Role: As a Music Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate our students in the joy of music. You will join a dedicated team of educators who are passionate about music education and committed to the success of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Teach a range of musical skills, including instrumental technique, music theory, and composition.
- Lead and support extracurricular music activities, such as choirs, bands, and ensembles.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their musical development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to organize performances, concerts, and musical events.
About You: The successful candidate will:
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification and have experience teaching music to Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Be proficient in at least one instrument and have a strong musical background.
- Demonstrate a passion for music education and a commitment to inspiring young musicians.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be proactive, creative, and dedicated to the success of our students.
