Your role at Fitfactory

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our growing company. Reporting to the Business Development Director, the B2B Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through our existing customer base via upsells.


The role will be to contribute to the achievement of sales targets through regular travel and onsite visits to our existing customers across the UK.


Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with the Business Development Director to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics for selling additional software to our existing customer base.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a sales forecast to ensure alignment with organisational goals.


Sales Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyse sales metrics, KPIs, and pipeline data to make informed decisions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review, working with the Business Development Director.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.


B2B Sale Improvement:

  • Continuously assess and optimise the B2B process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement regular visits to customers and book regular follow up meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.


What experience you bring

  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrable experience nurturing and developing existing accounts, driving revenue through upsells.
  • A track record in exceptional relationship building skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • You have an analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Knowledge and working experience of CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Demonstrable negotiation and presentation skills.
