Our Managed Services division is in a period of extensive growth; we utilise cutting edge technology & solutions to deliver a world class service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and intermittently improving our current network configuration and infrastructure. You will design our revamped network infrastructure with the goal of maximising network performance. You will also provide troubleshooting and configuration support by using your strong technical skills in Linux and Windows environments and IP networking.
You will also be:
· Want to deliver excellent customer service
· Highly motivated, takes ownership, and has pride in what they do
· CCNA or CCNP certification
· Minimum 3/4 years IT experience with at least 2 years experience in a 3rd line role supporting a number of the technologies listed in this job description.
· Has good all-round network skills, including some or all of:
Cisco layer 2 & 3 switching; Cisco ACI
Routing protocols (BGP/EIGRP/OSPF)
Cisco Wireless networks
Citrix ADC & Kemp load balancers
Webex Dedicated instance/ Webex Contact Center/ Webex APP
Firewalls Cisco ASA/Palo Alto/ Checkpoint
Proxy Services Zscaler
SD-WAN Versa
Azure networking
· Has a strong attention to detail and is well organized
· Enjoys working with other people, especially in a globally diverse firm
· Is technically curious and wants to understand how systems and services work
· Have previous experience of working in network support role
