We are currently looking for a Network Manager


To be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and security of the network hardware and software within MM Flowers Group.


  • Improve multi-site (and growing) IT Infrastructure,
  • Design and implement both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure as appropriate •
  • Develop and Test Group Disaster Recovery Plans
  • Maintain Information Security policies, making sure data centres and users adhere.
  • Manage cyber security tools and regular penetration testing.
  • Assist in the delivery of CyberEssentials+ (or similar as deemed appropriate) for group companies
  • Verify application, data, and network security to assure confidentiality and integrity.
  • Performs administration and repairs on network servers and equipment.
  • Prepare cost estimates for budget recommendations.
  • Provides second and third technical support, assisting Support Team with computer hardware and software problems and proper operations of services and systems.
  • Installs, sets up, configures, and maintains application servers, directory structures, network systems, backup systems, ensuring continued system functions and maintaining data integrity and retrieval.
  • Analyse network security events by participating in and supporting audit processes, penetration testing, and reviewing log reports from network systems and other systems for actionable items and remediation.
  • Monitor and reports on the performance of network components and takes pre-emptive measures to minimise interruptions.
  • Maintain Information Security policies, making sure data centres and users adhere.


What you can already do

  • Experience managing Azure infrastructure services.
  • Strong HP Aruba product configuration skills (switches / Aps / vLan)
  • HP server / windows / VMware
  • Strong Infrastructure strategy, design and decision-making
  • Continuity Planning
  • 5 year's working with Office 365, Email and SharePoint
  • Checkpoint (or similar) Firewall and VPN point-to-point experience.
  • Hands- on- router and switch configuration experience
  • Information Security Background
  • 5 Years Networking within a 24x 7 multi-site environment
  • HP Aruba technologies experience
  • VMware
  • Veeam
