We are looking for an experienced Content Editor to write and edit news content for one of our websites focusing on web3, blockchain and gambling.

In this role, the News Content Writer/Editor will play a crucial part in shaping the narrative around products and services in the web3, blockchain and gambling space, leveraging their writing skills to captivate and convert the target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Writing, editing and developing crypto/blockchain/tech news articles and strategies
- Researching and planning web3 news topics
- Managing writers for articles, news briefs, and analysis pieces
- Managing and editing content from writers or contributors (PRs)
- Collaborating with other members of the content team to ensure a steady flow of content
- Ensuring the accuracy and credibility of news stories
- Helping to develop and maintain the publication's editorial voice and style
- Keeping up to date with current events and trends in the field
- Designing content plans for written and video media
- Aligning content strategy with social media strategy and creating content for other outlets
- Outreach and monitoring of performance for all external, news-related marketing activities
- Writing and providing analysis and data for news articles and news-related marketing activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in content writing and editing.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in English AND Dutch. In this area, you are the crème de la crème in Dutch-speaking territory
- Creative thinking ability and the capacity to generate original ideas.
- proven knowledge of the web3 world
- Strong research and analytical skills
- The ability to write in a clear and concise manner for a general audience
- The ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in layman's terms
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest news and developments
- Strong management and organizational skills to help manage content and other team members
- A good understanding of SEO, and how to write for the web
- Strong attention to detail to ensure that all content is accurate and error-free
