Responsibilities: Support Senior Business Partner with wider OD & People & Development strategic projects.

Collaborate across the wider business to ensure Online Learning platform delivers and tracks training across the business

- Reporting and compliance

Support the business with training design, delivery and reporting as well as support the development of other Talent and Development initiatives that align with Career Pathways
- PDR oversight and reporting
- Collation of PDR Development objectives
- Development planning
- Tactical Deployment of development e.g., H&S, Research etc
- Oversee the arrangement of Induction & Welcome Breakfasts
- Supplier engagement
- Training calendar
Work alongside the OD Advisor to ensure OD & People & Development operations are optimal including management of:
- Inbox
- Plan
- Events and Comms Calendar
- Processes
- Intranet
- Team meetings
