A market leading Asset Manager is looking for an Operational Risk Analyst to join the business in a 1st line of defense role facing off to the front office that also incorporates various project based work
The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
The role has been created due to continued growth and success within the business and will work closely with the Head of Operational Risk who is very well respected within the industry.
Some of these duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Incident mitigation, being responsible for appropriate and clear documentation of incidents and associated actions.
• Performing periodic risk assessment on business processes and defining key controls to mitigate the risks identified.
• Ensure appropriate risk mitigation measures and risk indicators are in place for risks identified and monitored.
• Produce key risk indicator reporting across all departments.
• Maintain the risk and controls management framework.
• Prepare risk reports related to technology and operational risk matters to Senior Stakeholders
• Assist in key operational risk activities including ICAAP analysis and Business Continuity management.
