Leaders in Care UK is seeking adult-trained nurses with recent paediatric experience to join a friendly and collaborative Paediatric team at an internationally renowned private Hospital. The role comes with a salary of £32,390 - £39,330 GBP annually and fantastic benefits for your commitment.
This permanent, full-time Paediatrics Staff Nurse role will be 37.5 hours per week with a minimum requirement of 30 hours per week for the right candidate. The recruitment team is happy to discuss flexible working hours over the phone. Their Paediatric ward consists of 11 beds with room to expand, and these are all short-stay patients from medical cases to surgical cases such as orthopaedics, ENT, and urology.
If you were already working here as a Paediatric Staff Nurse, you could expect to take on the following duties on a regular basis:
Prioritising patient care needs
Working in accordance with NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) guidelines
Engaging in and promoting multi-disciplinary teamwork alongside Specialist Doctors, nurses, interpreters, and therapists
Taking advantage of the hospital's opportunities for further development
We are looking for a flexible, supportive, and approachable Paediatrics Staff Nurse with NMC registration and post-registration experience. You must also have:
Adult Nurse training or Learning disability Nurse training
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work well both in a team and on own initiative
Ability to complete drug calculations
