A leading Brighton based organisation are looking to recruit a Part Time Accounts Assistant on a 3 day week permanent basis.
Description
As Part Time Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Processing of invoices
- Online banking - posting receipts, bank reconciliations
- Preparing and reviewing draft accounts before sending out
- Credit control - ensure payment is made as per the terms of business
- Resolving account enquiries
Profile
- Excel and Sage, Quickbooks or Xero
- Seeking 3 full days per week, 9am until 5pm
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication
Job Offer
£24-26,000 FTE
