As a Partnerships Associate in Sales and Sponsorships, you are someone with excellent command of the English language and has professional experience in oral and written communications. You are comfortable reaching out to new people in a professional manner and confident in your sales and negotiation skills. We are looking for someone who is highly proactive and can think outside the box. In this role you will be reaching out and communicating with a large number of companies and brands in order to bring sponsorships for our events.
Research and generate leads on sponsors and partners with the most benefit to Hult Founders Lab
Reach out, present, and negotiate with leads
Develop subsidies for Hult Founders Lab’s events under the guidance of the Head of Partnerships
Work together with the Partnerships Team and ideate on improvements for the Partnerships in Hult Founders Labs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ideally with proven professional experience
Fluency in written and spoken English
Good organisational skills
Creative and commercial awareness
Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
Willing and motivated to learn and develop your skills
You will gain relevant skills in a professional and established program, with hands-on experience in Partnerships
Have the opportunity to advance and grow in your role
