An exciting opportunity has become available for a Peripatetic Nurse Qualified Manager within a well-established private care provider specialising in caring for older people in a nursing setting within the Belfast area. This full-time nurse-qualified management role comes with an attractive salary of £55,000 and excellent benefits.
As a skilled Peripatetic Nurse Qualified Manager, you will be an integral part of the team working with your line manager, supporting care home managers to deliver excellent service within the nursing and residential homes. You will also support, mentor and induct home managers within the region. All homes are commutable within approximately 45 minutes. Please note that you will be expected to work in the home as a manager to cover sickness, holidays and periods when no manager is in place.
This position is commutable from Belfast, Lisburn, Dunrod, Bangor, Dundonald, Gilnahirk, Comber, Antrim, Larne - all homes are commutable within approx. 45 mins!

Conducting audits and supporting home managers with all aspects of service within the homes
Ensuring quality is developed along with improvement plans
Identifying actions required to meet and exceed the company and CQC requirements
To apply for this nurse-qualified management job, you will need to be nurse qualified with a valid PIN. You also must have a care home management background, including supporting other managers within the group in nursing or residential care homes. In addition, you will require experience in change management with investigation and root cause analysis skills. Proven experience at the home manager level with good or improved reports from The Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) is also essential.
