International, Legal 500 law firm looking to recruit an experienced Planning Solicitor to join their Manchester office.

A highly regarded practice is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious solicitor to join a close-knit and sociable Real Estate team, specialising in Planning Law.
This role will involve supporting and working alongside partners and senior associates in the Planning practice in connection with major real estate transactions, infrastructure projects, compulsory purchase and compensation matters, planning applications and appeals, EIA, highways matters and judicial review.
Working on significant Real Estate projects will require the ideal candidate to be a supportive and collaborative team player who is highly organised and knowledgeable.
The successful Planning Solicitor will ideally have up to 5 years post qualification experience and be looking to establish themselves in an award-winning law firm with a stellar national and international presence.
