Planning Solicitor - (Junior to Mid-Level) -
A very exciting opportunity for a Solicitor with a solid grounding in a good range of Planning matters to join a leading law firm in a great central Manchester location.
The career prospects here are excellent and you will be joining a well-run and highly professional team dealing with a wide spectrum of Planning work for some really interesting clients. This is a very high quality firm and candidates should have experience gained within a reputable firm.
There is some flexibility here and we would very much like to hear from candidates from recently qualified upwards, who have specific experience in the field of Planning.
The department's work includes advising on all aspects of planning issues, including drafting, negotiating, litigating, policy and political advice. There is a varied and interesting client base ranging from residential developers, house builders, commercial organisations, PRS developers, local authorities, investors and landowners.
This is an outstanding firm dealing with very high profile Real Estate matters; a modern thinking and pro-active firm where progression prospects are real and staff retention is high.
