Plumber Multi required for social housing contract working on void refurbishments
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking general day to day repairs - Plumbing biased.
- Would be ideal to have a knowledge of basic carpentry and general repairs of other trades - tiling, decorating, lock replacements and repairs, UPVC works
Requirements:
- Time Served/NVQ qualified Plumber or Tradesman
- Full driving license
