Plumber multi
Plumber for a response repairs local authority contract
Benefits :
Working directly for a housing group with a strong financial position and constant stream of work coming through. The team have a low turnover and have properties in the thousands.
Responsibilities:
Carry out remedials and general repairs.
Fault finding
Minor repairs
Mainly Plumbing but may involve additional trade works associated
Customer focused
Problem solver
Ability to pick up other trades basic carpentry, tiling, decorating, patching
Requirements
Good communication skills, excellent time keeping, a professional manner and excellent customer service
Clean & tidy
Basic Handtools
