This is your opportunity to join the prestigious Masterfix Premium Homes team working in some of Central London’s premium addresses.
If you are currently working in an electrical role in high-end residential building, and you are not just looking for the next job, but you are looking to accelerate your career then this role could be for you.
The role covers all aspects of domestic electrical work including reactive works, planned PPM’s and electrical testing, all in a Premium Homes environment.
You must have experience of working on electrical systems with in tenanted premium residential apartments, including smart home technology.
You must be able to display exceptional customer service and be familiar with dealing with both concierge teams as well as high net worth individuals.
You will travel between Premium Homes locations on a daily basis and will closely collaborate with our dedicated in-house Premium Homes team who will manage your diary.

Masterfix Offers:
Directly Employed Roles:
- £37,440 - £46,800 base salary, dependent on experience/qualifications
- Uncapped earnings
- Overtime paid at time and a half.

Self-Employed Roles:
- Day rate – Up to £300
- Option for priced work

Must Haves:
- Up to date 18th Edition, IET Wiring Regulations BS 7671
- 2391 or equivalent in test & inspection – Maintenance and Testing roles
- 2360 Electrical Installations NVQ Level 2 or 3 or Electrical apprenticeship
- 2 years qualified Testing Electrician experience. – Testing roles only
- Full UK driving licence and experience navigating Central London
- Good IT Skills and proficiency working via a PDA/mobile device.
- Excellent customer service/client-facing skills.
- Ability to problem solve and think clearly under pressure.
- Own tools.
- Clear DBS.
