An international recruitment business are looking to hire experienced and senior recruitment professionals, and primarily focus on staffing solutions within Technology Change & Transformation sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-performing and growing team, playing a crucial role in generating new business opportunities.
The Role
This position will focus on winning new clients through proactive sales and business development activities.
- This is a pure 180 BD position.
- Exploring and building new relationships with companies in either the C&I or FS sector
- Interacting with prospective clients to identify their business requirements.
- Develop business strategies to meet client needs and close sales.
- Generating potential leads
- Bringing innovative ideas and new approaches
Experience Needed
For this role, our client are looking for:
- 5 years (minimum) of experience within a recruitment role - either 360 or business development.
- Be able to evidence past success in winning new clients.
- Strong track record of high performance
- Experience of winning business in Technology or Change & Transformation
